Rafna joined Chemraw Tech in 2023. She has a year of experience as an R&D executive and product formulator in multidisciplinary areas. Her expertise lies particularly in the fields of bio-plastics and polymer-based surface coating. She is equipped with both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Calicut.
